COVID-19 Update


Staff work arrangements have been adjusted as part of our Business Continuity Planning for COVID-19. Resolved - We have identified the cause of this and a fix has been implemented.
Email based ticket communication was held in a queue and has now been processed. We do not anticipate that any email messages sent to our support ticketing system recently were lost.
We do apologise for this, you may see a delayed response to correspondence sent within the previous 24 hours.

Identified - We have identified an issue where inbound emails to our support ticketing system were failing to be processed.
We are currently investigating this with urgency.
