Should you need to update your DNS records, please contact our support for guidance.

Alternatively you can point your domains to an alternate DNS provider such as Cloudflare.

Scheduled - Our Sydney data centre will have emergency power maintenance work carried out on some secondary power feeds between 07:00 and 17:00 AEDT on Wednesday 12th Jan 2022.
This work impacts the secondary power feed on a subset of our racks at this data centre.
Primary power feeds will not be impacted by this work.

Devices which utilise dual power supplies will have reduced power supply redundancy during this time.

Devices which utilise a single power supply may see power interruptions during this time if they are connected to the secondary power feed. Customers which are impacted in this way will be contacted directly by our support team.
